Return PolicyIf you receive an incorrect or defective item, please advise us immediately. If there are parts missing we will supply these free of charge within 7 working days. If it is an incorrect or defective item these may be returned and you will receive a full refund, providing we are advised within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time to receive your returned order from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once verified products have been returned in good order as mentioned above, and the time it takes your bank to process a refund request.
Where it is not a Shedlandgardencentre.com.au error, and customers still wish to return the product, there will be a 25% Restocking fee plus a Return Freight Cost payable by the customer.
In the case where the customer has changed their mind Shedlandgardencentre.com.au suggest that the product be advertised on E-Bay or similar and be sold privately to avoid the 25% Restocking fee and associated return shipping costs.
Shedlandgardencentre.com.au guarantees it will not profit from any manufacturers return freight or restocking fees. Any product return costs will be deducted by Shedlandgardencentre.com.au from payment received by the customer for that associated order. This means that refund payments shall be reimbursed less any product restocking or return freight expenses.
Duty of care applies for the customer to retain possession & take reasonable care of the goods (with undamaged packaging), until the goods are returned to the possession of the manufacturer/supplier or their freight carrier.
Once the manufacturer or their freight company confirm with Shedlandgardencentre.com.au that the product has arrived in as new & as described for sale condition, Shedlandgardencentre.com.au shall commence procedures as outlined above for refunds payable.
No returns apply to the following product ranges : Garages, Carports, Patios and Workshop Sheds. Returned goods will only be acceptable if the manufacturer/supplier will accept the goods back.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
